E3’s Hottest PC Games
June 13, 2018 | By Anthony
Have you been paying attention to E3 this year? A bunch of highly anticipated titles have been showcased, which means there will be tons of different games to play in high resolution on your gaming PC. Let’s explore some of the highlights.
We’ll begin with Fallout 76 which takes the critically-acclaimed Fallout series into online multiplayer territory for the first time. In fact, the game will only be playable online, though it will allow players to tackle areas of the game on their own. The open world is expected to be four times larger than that of Fallout 4 and perhaps most unusually, there will be no human NPCs, meaning players will only encounter other players during their adventure.
You may have heard a lot about Anthem, the upcoming online multiplayer action role-playing by Bioware which combines elements of the Destiny series with the open world action of Mass Effect: Andromeda. Players will have the choice of joining four-person “squads” to take on savage beasts or they can explore the massive world on their own.
Set for release in October, Forza Horizon 4 continues the open world racing series with more than 400 licensed cars plus a route creator feature where players can come up with their own races. With support for up to 72 cars per server, the competition is going to be fierce. Forza Horizon 4 also introduces a new “seasons” feature with dynamic weather, which should look absolutely gorgeous on modern gaming desktops.
