Is Your PC Ready for Mass Effect: Andromeda?
February 6, 2017 | By Anthony
This year, a number of highly anticipated gaming titles are expected to be released, but arguably few are as anticipated as Mass Effect: Andromeda, the fourth entry in the critically acclaimed Mass Effect series. Known for its engaging story, character development, and a strong emphasis on player choice, the last entry in the series was released back in 2012, concluding the original story.
Set for release next month, Mass Effect: Andromeda will present a new universe as players explore the Andromeda Galaxy by taking on the role of either Scott or Sara Ryder. For the first time, players will have an open world galaxy to explore, which means the visuals should be rich and engaging.
System requirements for Mass Effect: Andromeda are expected to be announced later this month. While nothing is confirmed yet, a BioWare producer did mention that players should be able to run the game on a system with a NVIDIA 700 series GPU.
While the 700 series is certainly capable, just because you can run it, doesn’t mean you should sacrifice on visual quality.
