With support for dual 28-core Intel Xeon Gold processors, the R-Class can be customized for high-precision computations or CPU-intensive computing. Because of the design of the R-Class, it supports an adaptable topology such as the ability to choose a single or dual root complex, perfect for deep learning requirements, high-performance computing, data science, or rendering.
Multiple Graphics Cards
The R-Class features room for seven full-height, full-length GPU cards. Add however many NVIDIA Workstation GPUs needed to handle your Graphics-based computing tasks. Customize your R-Class to handle GPU-intensive tasks such as rendering, simulations, deep learning, development, virtualization, and more. The tool-less chassis of the R-Class makes it easy to maintain or upgrade graphics cards when the time comes.
Expansive Memory and Storage
The design of the R-Class allows for multiple expansion opportunities for ECC RAM and storage drives. There are twenty-four slots available for ECC RAM kits, twelve slots per Intel Xeon CPU. Up to three PCIe M.2 SSD can be added to the server’s motherboard, and up to five SATA storage drives can be quickly accessed via the 5-bay hotswap.
